4. Decide to Forgive…For They Know Not What They Do

5. Grieve and Accept. The Method…                                                      

6. Free Yourself From Painful Memories. The Method…

7. Release the Hurt and Bitterness and Be Free. The Method…

 

Brief Explanationof the 7 Steps:

Step 1. Get New Information - Search out new Information from several different sources; we can not discover our ability to forgive with the same mindset that has us stuck in unforgiveness.

Step 2. Relate to Someone With a Similar Loss - When we feel understood and see that someone else in a similar situation has  ”moved on” we find the will to move forward.

Step 3. “Ya Gotta Wanna” - You have to find the “Wanna” no one else can give it to you.

Step 4. Choose to Forgive…For They Know Not What They Do - Are they who deal devastating blows to another’s life truly cognizant of the degree of damage they cause?
